Therapy sessions are offered in a comfortable and quiet room at White Cross on South Road in central Lancaster.
The room is easily accessible from the City Centre. There is a lift and easy access with mobility aids.
On your first visits, I will meet you inside the Gatehouse of the White Cross centre, shown by the yellow arrow on the photo above.
Parking is available at the location, free of charge, or alternatively at the public car park adjacent to White Cross.
